The steady growth of the population in our cities demands multifamily housing solutions. This two-condominium project developed by a joint venture between Community Asset Preservation Corporation (CAPC) and Lincoln Park Coast Cultural District (LPCCD), provided high quality, affordable, and environmentally efficient units with the goal of revitalizing the Lincoln Park historic neighborhood in Newark, New Jersey. Our design approach features a modern open floor plan with high ceilings and high windows to maximize room exposure to natural light. Our design also included recycled materials, low VOC paints, Energy Star appliances and fixtures, and wheat board cabinetry.
